MidTerm Exams
Deptford High School – Mid-Term Exam Schedule
Wednesday, Jan 25th**** through Monday, Jan. 30th
--All Final Exams will be administered by class periods. Exams will be given Jan. 25th**** through Jan. 30th.
--Lab sciences and health/PE classes will treat exam days as non-lab days.
--Students are only required to report to school for their exams. Attendance will only be taken for the purpose of determining what students missed their exams.
--Students that miss exams are expected to make arrangements with their teacher to make up the exam. They may contact their guidance counselor if they are unable to contact a teacher.
***On Tuesday, Jan. 24th students who have a Period 9 class are to be dismissed from Period 8 via an announcement at 1:50pm. They are to go to their lockers and then directly to their Period 9 class to take their Exam. Students must arrive by 2:00pm. A list of students is provided on the back of this schedule.

Supervision Schedule for Mid-Term Exams 2012
Supervision needs to be provided for the Student Detainment Room (SDR) and Cafeteria during mid-term exams. Students that are present but do not have an exam during a certain period are to report to the cafeteria until their next exam period or bus departure. The cafeteria will operate as a STUDY HALL. If there are a small number of students in the cafeteria, supervisors (at your own discretion) can divide the supervision period amongst yourselves.

*Any Student that does not have transportation at 9:30am, MUST report to the Café and remain there until Bus Departure at 11:30am
Students are not to be let out of the classroom when they finish their exam. The testing periods end at 9:25 and 11:25; unless they are going to the lavatory they should be in their classroom. Students leaving at all different times, roaming the halls etc. creates an atmosphere that is not conducive to giving exams.
Important:
When a student does not have an exam during a scheduled period, she/he may be excused from attending that period with parental permission (note from parent/guardian). In these cases, the parent is responsible for transportation either to and/or from school. All notes must contain the following information: student name, the date and period and parent signature. The parental notes should be submitted to the Attendance Office. Any student that does not have transportation at 9:30am must report to the café and remain there until Bus Departure at 11:30am.
Mid Term Exam Schedule
Wednesday, January 25th through Monday, January 30th - 2012
All Midterm Exams will be administered by class periods thus teachers will administer their own exams. The exams will be given on day 41 through 44 of the second marking period. It is the responsibility of the student to make arrangements with their teacher for make-up exams.
****On January 24th, students who have a Period 9 class are to be dismissed from Period 8 at 1:50pm. They are to go to their lockers and then directly to their Period 9 class to take their Exam. Students must arrive by 2:00pm. Please see the list of students below. Thank you.
